Soemadipradja & Taher Promotes New Partner

Soemadipradja & Taher (S&T) is pleased to announce the promotion to partner of Denia Isetianti Permata, effective as of 1 January 2019.
This promotion reflects the wealth of talent among young lawyers within the firm, and also shows a greater leadership role on the part of the next generation of lawyers at S&T.
Denia is a licensed Advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Capital Markets Legal Consultants Association. She has a business law degree from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Denia’s main areas of practice include general corporate and investment, banking & finance and capital markets, where she has assisted in advising international banks and financing institutions on financing in Indonesia. She has taken a strong role in providing legal assistance to Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance in matters related to samurai bonds and Shariah-related sovereign sukuk.
