Soemadipradja & Taher assists high profile client to achieve successful outcome: B Capital closes its $53m investment in Payfazz

Soemadipradja & Taher (S&T) and Allen & Gledhill, with whom S&T has formed a strategic alliance, advised B Capital Group on its investment, as a lead investor, in the US$53 million Series B funding round of Payfazz. Payfazz is an Indonesian financial technology start-up with a broad range of business activities focusing on payment solutions for Indonesians.
Advising B Capital Group as transaction counsel were Allen & Gledhill Counsel Julian Ho and Senior Associate Jeremy Tan.
Advising B Capital Group on Indonesian law issues for the transaction were S&T Partner Emalia Achmadi, Foreign Counsel Oene J. Marseille and Aris Budi Prasetiyo, Senior Associate Avindra Yuliansyah and Associates Aurora Aldwita Mariel, Krishna Vesa, Vinton Rasil, Aveninta Rosalin and Ardhitia Prawira.
