Retno Muljosantoso (Rini) joined Soemadipradja & Taher in 1993 and was made partner in 2009. She has a Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, majoring in International Law.

In 1996, Rini was seconded to the Sydney office of leading Australian law firm Freehills for one year where she worked on various high profile transactions with major Australian and international clients.

Rini’s main areas of practice include general corporate & investment, employment, insurance, mergers & acquisitions, Islamic finance, banking and capital markets.

Rini is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and of the International Bar Association. She is also a sworn translator of English legal documents.
