Emalia Achmadi

Emalia Achmadi joined Soemadipradja & Taher in 1995 and was made partner in 2009. She has a Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, majoring in International Law.

Emalia was seconded to one of the leading Dutch legal firms in Singapore, Nauta Dutilh for eighteen months where she was exposed to a wide range of commercial work in a common law jurisdiction.

Emalia’s main areas of practice include banking & finance, capital markets, employee stock incentive programs, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate & investment.

Emalia is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
