Ahmad Djosan obtained his Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the University of Andalas, Padang, West Sumatera, and joined Soemadipradja & Taher in 1998. Ahmad is a licensed Advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Ahmad’s main areas of practice include litigation, arbitration, alternative dispute settlement, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payments.

Ahmad has extensive experience in land acquisitions, forestry and environmental issues, auction procedures and customary law matters in the regions of Sulawesi, Sumatera, Kalimantan and Papua.
